There are 2 designated car-parking bays opposite the main entrance on the same level as the hotel entrance. There are no steps.

• Door to Clwyd room (Breakfast is normally served here) is 1220 mm wide.
• Well lit restaurant.
• Menu is in print over 14 points.
• Double door access to reception from the bar.
• There is a small step going out into the terrace outside of 100 mm.

Vale Suite

• Access to Vale Suite is through the Clwyd Restaurant.
• Corridor is 815 mm wide.
• There are 3 fire doors, 2 single doors and 1 double door all open inwards.
• Fixed ramp to Vale Suite.
• Entrance through double doors with a ramp.
• Induction loop is available in this room.

Oriel Room

• Located on the ground floor.
• The entrance is through a corridor 965 mm wide through double doors.
• Corridor has a turning space of 1090 mm.
• Very light with natural day light

Fountain Room

• Located on the ground floor.
• Access via the Vale Suite or from the Terrace Restaurant.
• Room is light and airy

Conference Room

• Located on the ground floor
• Door is 785 mm wide
• Room light natural day light
